About Burbank Roofing
A free, local referral service. Not a roofing contractor.
Who we are
Burbank Roofing is a free referral website for homeowners in Burbank and the nearby San Fernando Valley, Glendale, and foothill communities. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform roofing work. When you send a request, we connect you with one independent local roofing contractor who serves your area, and that business contacts you directly.
Why this site exists
Roofing is expensive, it is hard to judge from the ground, and search results are full of national lead brokers and sites that make claims nobody can check. Our goal is to publish genuinely useful local information about roofs in Burbank and nearby, including fire zones, older homes, and permits, and to give you one easy way to reach a local roofer.
How the referral works
- Tell us about the job. Fill out the short form with your city, the service you need, and a few details.
- We connect you. We pass your request to one independent local roofing contractor who covers your area.
- Get a written estimate. The provider contacts you, looks at the job, and gives you a written estimate.
- You decide. Compare, ask questions, and hire only if it is right for you. No obligation.
What we promise, and what we don’t
- Using this site is free for you. Providers, not homeowners, support the service.
- We share your request with one independent local provider, not a long list of companies.
- We do not do the work, set prices, or guarantee any provider’s work. The provider you hire is responsible for its license, permits, insurance, estimate, and workmanship.
- We don’t publish ratings, customer quotes, invented statistics, or made-up credentials, because none of those would be ours to claim.
Protect yourself when hiring
Ask for the contractor’s California license number and look it up on the Contractors State License Board site, cslb.ca.gov. Ask for proof of liability insurance (and workers’ compensation if they have employees), get a written estimate that describes the scope, and ask who pulls any required permit. In California, a contractor generally can’t ask for a down payment of more than 10% of the contract price or $1,000, whichever is less, for home improvement work.
